Kramelitbud specializes in a full cycle of work on the arrangement and reconstruction of bomb shelters: from mobilization of resources to commissioning of the facility. Stages of construction or reconstruction of the bomb shelter

Creating a shelter is a multi-step process that requires technical precision, coordination, and adherence to strict regulations. Each project is carried out according to a transparent scheme, which guarantees the safety, reliability and efficiency of the space for protection.

Mobilization of resources

At the start of the project, we assemble a team of specialists, deliver equipment and building materials, and set up the construction site. We connect temporary water and electricity supply systems and prepare the site for the start of the main work.

Demolition work

We dismantle old structures and communications. We remove unsuitable materials, take away debris, and clean the premises or territory, creating a foundation for further stages.

Engineering communications

We install or upgrade power supply, water supply, sewage, and heating networks. All systems are designed with backup power and autonomous operation in emergency situations in mind.

Heating systems

We install efficient heating systems, whether centralized or autonomous. We install radiators and heaters, and insulate rooms to retain heat during cold periods.

Plumbing and electrical installation

We install plumbing equipment and connect water and sewage systems. At the same time, we perform electrical work: we install electrical panels, sockets, lighting, and emergency power systems.

Interior decoration

We carry out a full cycle of finishing works: we install drywall, finish walls and ceilings, perform waterproofing and floor reinforcement. We finish with painting, tiling, flooring, and door installation.

Ventilation systems and fire safety

We ensure air circulation through modern ventilation systems. We integrate air conditioning, fire alarm, warning, and emergency lighting systems for complete protection of shelter users.

Inclusivity: ramps, lifts, porches

We care about accessibility for everyone. We install ramps, lifts, wide entrances, handrails, and other elements that meet the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40:2018 for people with limited mobility.

Final works and commissioning of the facility

We complete the construction with final cleaning, checking all systems, and eliminating minor defects. We prepare the facility for operation and hand it over to the customer in a fully finished state.

Overhaul of the school shelter

In the basement of the KZ “Nikolo-Komyshuvatska Gymnasium” a major overhaul was carried out with a complete conversion of the space into a modern shelter in accordance with the requirements of the DBN. The works covered both external general construction processes as well as the laying of new pipelines and internal finishing works. All engineering systems have been updated: new power supply, heating, water supply, sewerage and ventilation networks have been installed. The openings were expanded and strengthened in accordance with building regulations, an emergency exit was installed, a modern ventilation system, as well as a fire alarm and fire extinguishing equipment were installed. The space is decorated taking into account the requirements of safety and comfort - it has become functional and suitable for a long stay of children in the event of an emergency.
The object is located in the village. Mykolo-Komyshuvakha, Krasnohrad district, Kharkiv region. The term of work is 6 months.

Repair of the shelter in the hospital

In the municipal non-profit enterprise “Maternity Hospital No. 5” of the Odessa City Council, the reconstruction of the premises for the arrangement of a safe shelter was carried out in accordance with the requirements of safety and sanitary norms. Exterior and internal construction works were carried out, pipelines were laid, a ventilation system was equipped, new engineering networks were installed, in particular electricity and water supply, and a complete interior decoration of the premises was carried out. The space is adapted for long-term safe stay of patients and staff in the event of an emergency.

Reconstruction of the bomb shelter in the lyceum

In the Mykhailo-Kotsiubynsky Lyceum of Chernihiv region, a full range of works on the restoration and arrangement of the shelter was carried out. External construction works were carried out, emergency exit was equipped, interior decoration of the room was carried out, electrical installation and plumbing works were carried out. Particular attention is paid to the installation of ventilation and heating systems to ensure proper conditions of stay in the shelter.
