Stages of non-residential construction

The construction of non-residential facilities requires clear planning and coordination of actions. We work according to a structured algorithm that covers the entire cycle - from site preparation to delivery of the object. This approach helps to control quality, meet deadlines and ensure the expected result for the customer.

Mobilization measures

At this stage, the object is familiarized with the object, the delivery of the necessary equipment, the organization of the construction site: fencing the territory (if necessary), the arrangement of a place for collecting construction debris, connecting to temporary electricity and water supply networks.

Demolition work

Old structures are dismantled, with subsequent sorting and removal of debris to specially equipped areas. Safe and controlled execution of work is ensured.

Roofing

The rafter system is installed, and wooden structures are treated with fire and biological protection. Next, the roof is insulated, roofing is installed, wind and ridge strips are installed, eaves are lined, a drainage system, fire ladders, dormer windows, and roofing fencing are installed.

Laying of utility lines

External and internal water supply, sewage, power supply, and heating systems are connected and installed in accordance with technical documentation.

Installation of plumbing and electrical appliances

Plumbing equipment, electrical appliances, sockets, switches, and light fixtures are installed. Their performance and compliance with the project are checked.

Interior decoration of premises

Plasterboard structures are installed, walls are plastered, filled, and painted. Walls are faced, ceilings are installed, reinforced screed and floor waterproofing are applied. Floor coverings are laid, entrance and interior doors are installed, and metal-plastic windows are mounted.

Installation of ventilation and fire alarm systems

Air ducts are laid, ventilation devices and air conditioners are installed. A fire alarm and warning system is installed in accordance with safety standards.

Ensuring inclusivity

Porches are being built, and metal ramp structures are being manufactured and installed. Lifts for people with reduced mobility are being installed and connected in accordance with the requirements of DBN V.2.2-40:2018.

Facade work and landscaping

The facade is being insulated, the exterior walls are being decorated, and paving slabs are being laid. The territory is being brought into a neat condition in accordance with the improvement project.

Final cleaning and garbage removal

Final cleaning of the construction site is underway. All waste is removed under contract with a specialized company.

Commissioning of the facility

The customer receives a complete set of executive documentation, and the acts of completed works are signed. The facility is officially put into operation.
