Stages of water supply

Each water supply solution is a series of thoughtful steps: from a technical inspection to the launch of the finished system. We adhere to a clear step-by-step scheme that allows us to implement projects accurately, safely and with long-term results.

Formulation of technical specifications

Together with the customer, we determine the needs of the facility, depth, water consumption volumes, and other parameters. Based on this, we form a project task or a defect list in case of reconstruction.

Exploration work

We conduct topographic surveys, geological and geodetic studies on the site. The results form the basis of the technical conclusion for further design.

Design and permitting documentation

We develop a complete package of project documentation and estimates, and agree on all decisions with the customer. After that, we obtain permission to perform drilling operations.

Well drilling

We perform drilling using the direct flushing method with the installation of casing pipes, cementing of the annular space, and installation of the wellhead. All work is carried out in compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

Installation of a filtration system

We install a column filter system with a control valve for water purification. We use reliable materials that ensure long-term efficiency.

Installation of pumping equipment

We install an antiscalant dosing station with a control unit to protect the membranes from scale. We install a second lift pumping station, hydraulic accumulators, and a reverse osmosis system, then connect all components into a single system.

Well construction

We carry out earthworks, install concrete rings for the shaft, and perform waterproofing and sealing. This protects the structure from the external environment.

Old structures are dismantled: towers, foundations, fences, wells, pipelines, and, if necessary, power lines. Everything that is dismantled is removed from the site.

Foundations

Earthworks are being carried out, a sand and gravel base is being laid, and a concrete sub-base layer is being poured. Then reinforced concrete foundations and anchors with waterproofing are erected.

Additional metal elements

Anchor parts are installed for reliable tower mounting. If necessary, guy wires are installed—metal cables that add stability to the structure.

Tower installation

The Rozhnovsky tower is assembled using special equipment. After installation, the structure is connected to water supply systems and other utilities.

Construction of a technical well

A foundation is constructed from compacted sand and gravel mixture, and waterproofed well rings are installed. Shut-off valves, pumps, and control panels are installed.

Water supply

An external water pipeline is being laid. New pipelines are connected to existing water supply systems, ensuring integration into the current network.

Lightning protection

A lightning protection system is installed: vertical and horizontal grounding devices to protect the structure and equipment from lightning strikes.

Commissioning works

We carry out commissioning works, which are a key stage for putting the assembled system into safe operation. The entire system is checked: pumping equipment, automatic control, tightness of components. A test run is performed.

Landscaping

The lower part of the tower is being reinforced, and the fence is being restored. The territory is being tidied up in accordance with the customer's requirements.

Completion of the facility

Collection and transfer of all executive documentation to the customer. The project is considered complete after approval by all services and verification of operability.

Restoration of the well in the village. Oleksandrivka

A full range of works was carried out at the facility to return the well to stable operation. Debit tests were carried out to assess its technical condition, cleaning was performed to improve water output, and new pumping equipment was installed. Additionally, a telescopic inspection of the internal space of the well was performed to control the quality and accurate analysis of the structure condition. After that, repeated debit tests were carried out, which confirmed the effectiveness of recovery measures. Works were carried out in the village. Oleksandrivka, str. Restoration of the well in the village. Andriivka

A full cycle of well recovery work was carried out, which included initial debit tests to determine the state of the aquifer, mechanical cleaning of the inside of the well, and installation of new pumping equipment. After that, a telescopic examination was carried out to check the condition of the structure in detail, which made it possible to accurately assess the effectiveness of the work carried out. The final stage was repeated debit tests, which confirmed the stable operation of the system.

Restoration of the water tower of the type “Rozhnovsky”

The project included a full cycle of restoration of the Rozhnovsky type water tower. Work began with exploratory activities and development of project documentation. Next, the nodes for the installation of the tower were equipped and a new technical well with the replacement of pipelines was arranged. Installation of the tower was carried out with the involvement of special equipment, after which commissioning work was carried out to check and start the system.
